Squaw Skiing! First Palisades Session of the Year

It is so nice to be home skiing all the familiar lines and seeing friends who have been charging Squaw all season.  It is still winter out here in Tahoe and things are finally filled in and skiing amazingly.  Skiing the Chimney Sweep and Easy Street off of the Palisades has to be one of the more intense 3 seconds of skiing anywhere.  Getting ready to push out of the start gate at Kitzbuhel might be a little more scary, but they are close.  You never really know what is going to happen while you are accelerating from 0-60 in only seconds (both at Kitz and skiing Easy Street and Chimney), but thats why it makes it so fun, and if you just take your mind out of the equation and let your skiing skill take over, it truly is east! Thanks Unofficialnetworks.com for putting up this little edit!
